Really happy with this book. It arrived in excellent condition and feels like a very worthwhile addition to my business library. I’m currently developing my own start-up and I’m already looking at ways to apply some of the models to my business. I particularly like the practical approach and focus on turning ideas into real commercial results. Looking forward to studying it in more depth and putting more of the concepts into practice. Highly recommended for entrepreneurs and business owners. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Alex dropped nothing but gold in this book, I’m not yet a businessman due to some health problems I got put into a financial hole at 23 but still alive so I can’t complain, I’m driving Uber Eats to barely make ends meet but I’ll survive. $100M Money Models is one of those rare business books that makes you stop reading, put the book down, and immediately start looking at your own business differently.
What Alex Hormozi does exceptionally well is take concepts that can feel complicated like acquisition, monetisation, pricing, customer lifetime value and cash flow and turn them into frameworks you can actually use.
As the co-founder of a growing healthcare business in the UK, I found myself constantly thinking about how we could apply these principles to our own model. It has genuinely challenged the way I think about how we package services, create recurring revenue and build a business capable of scaling beyond simply selling more of our time.
The biggest compliment I can give it: I didn’t finish the book with more notes. I finished it with changes I wanted to make to our business.
