ACQ Scale Advisory Continuation Election

Subscription Continuation Agreement

This Subscription Continuation Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the individual or entity agreeing to these terms (“Customer”) and Acquisition.com, LLC (“Company”) as of the date signed below.

1. Subscription Renewal

Customer agrees to participation in ACQ Vantage at the level and rate selected above.

2. Payment Terms

Payment dates and payment method will remain the same as previously authorized by

Customer when Customer registered for ACQ Scale Advisory. Customer acknowledges and agrees that charges will continue to be billed automatically using the current payment method on file until terminated in accordance with Section 3.

3. Cancellation

Customer may cancel the subscription at any time by providing written notice to the Company at support@acquisition.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

4. Program Terms

Customer’s participation in ACQ Vantage is subject to and is governed by the Terms and Conditions as supplemented by the Supplemental ACQ AI Terms and Conditions and ACQ Vantage Supplemental Terms and Conditions including any updates or modifications made by Company. Customer acknowledges and agrees they will be required to accept Skool's terms and conditions to participate in that feature of ACQ Vantage. Customer agrees to comply with all such terms as a condition of continued participation.

5. Acknowledgment

By clicking or otherwise indicating agreement or acceptance, Customer acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Agreement and authorize ongoing monthly billing as described.
