ACQ AI Terms

This web order form governs your access to and use of ACQ AI. This web order form is entered into subject to and is governed by the Terms and Conditions (available at: https://www.acquisition.com/terms) as supplemented by the Supplemental ACQ AI Terms and Conditions (available at: https://ai.acquisition.com/ai-terms) (collectively, the “Online Terms”). 

By completing checkout and submitting payment, You agree to the terms of this web order form and the Online Terms.

All terms used in this form have the meanings given to them in the Online Terms.

1. Subscription Fees & Payment Terms

  • Set-Up Fee: You will pay a one-time set-up fee of $3,000. This fee is due upon subscription and is non-refundable.
  • Monthly Fee: After the initial 30 days, Your subscription automatically renews each month at $299 per month until you cancel. By completing checkout You authorize us to process recurring charges to your payment method each billing cycle. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added and charged as required by law. You are responsible for any sales, use, or similar taxes associated with the subscription.
  • Payment Method: Payments are processed automatically using the payment method You provide at checkout. By providing a payment method for Your subscription, You expressly agree that Acquisition and/or an independent third party selected by Acquisition is authorized to charge the payment method provided until the subscription is terminated.
  • Late or Failed Payments: In addition to any remedies under the Online Terms, failure to make any payment when due will result in suspension or termination of Your subscription.

2. Feature Availability: some content within ACQ AI is restricted to prior purchasers of a different product and may be unavailable to You.

3. Term & Cancellations

  • Your subscription to ACQ AI will automatically renew on a monthly basis until cancelled.
  • You may cancel this subscription at any time by sending an email to support@acquisition.com with the subject line “Cancel My Subscription.”
  • Cancellation is effective at the end of the then-current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months.

4. Additional Terms

  • Your purchase is also subject to the Shopify Terms of Service (“Shopify Terms”) (https://shop.app/terms-of-service) and by making your purchase, you also agree to the Shopify Terms.
